When paying with Google CheckOut or PayPal be sure to include the e-mail address you use for that specific account. Unless there is a question about your order I will invoice you through your preferred online payment method - I will only hold an order for 24 hours after that however.
For quickness, online payments are preferred. Because I can't get to the bank as often as I'd like I can really only accept USPS money orders for mailed payments as other forms of mailed payments could take weeks to clear.
US Orders - Shipping is $3.oo for items that can be mailed 1st Class here in the US (in a padded envelope or small box with Delivery Confirmation purchased at the post office included). Larger boxes will go Priority for $6.oo (also with Delivery Confirmation), and anything over 4 lbs I'll have to give you a quote, UPS tends to be less expensive than USPS often so will check both for your area code.
International Orders - we can discuss shipping options and payment methods; however international orders paid for via PayPal need to go via USPS's EMS for a trackable and insured shipping method because of PayPal policy.* NOTE >>> For International orders I purchase Certificate of Mailing - this is a US Federal form that is proof of having shipped a package to you.
Insurance - If you would like insurance (recommended) that can be added as well for only the actual cost - please let me know that in the "notes" section. For orders totalling over $100.oo insurance is mandatory.
Layaways - I will only accept layaways on items totalling $300.oo and up. Half must be paid within 24 hours of placing the order and the 2nd half paid off within 4 weeks of the first payment. I will contact you a few days before that amount is due and if I have no response by a couple days (2) past the deadline the deposit will be considered as forfeited. I am sorry, but I am not a bank or a big business, I sell because I need to!

* If you wish to just ship via USPS's Global Priority or Airmail Letter/Parcel Post to get the item(s) quickly and fairly inexpensively, I will still accept PayPal for items totaling $35 US or less, *however*, when sending PayPal payment it must be stated in your payment that you are waiving the insurance & tracking provided by EMS to save money on shipping and that you absolve me (Ursa Lunar) of responsibility for the amount of time it takes to arrive or whether it does. If you send PayPal payment without that verbage, I will have to reject the payment and order - sorry!
